Creating Flyers

After you download listings from RE/Xplorer, the listings will display in PC Access Flyer.

To create a flyer after downloading listings from RE/Xplorer:

  1. On the “Step 1 of 3” window choose which listings you want to make into flyers. For this trial session, click the Deselect All button to deselect all the listings, and then click the Selected box of only one or two of the listings shown on the screen. Click the Templates button at the bottom of the window to proceed to the next step.

  1. On the “Step 2 of 3” window choose which template (i.e., flyer style) you want to use for the listings you selected.

Use the horizontal scroll bar along the bottom to view additional templates. You should see 8 to 12 templates after your first listings download, and you can create additional templates later by using the Template Designer. When you find the template you want to use, click on the template once and then click the Preview button at the bottom of the window to proceed to the next step.

  1. The “Step 3 of 3” window shows you a preview of your flyer(s) using the actual listing data as it will appear on the printed flyer.

  1. If you want to see a larger version of the preview, click the Zoom the Preview button. Use the + and – buttons to zoom in or out on the Zoomed Preview of Flyer window. This step is optional. You can edit the listing data directly from the “Step 3 of 3” window without activating the Zoomed Preview of Flyer window (see Step 5).

  1. When you preview your flyer on either the “Step 3 of 3” window or the Zoomed Preview of Flyer window, you can easily edit any of the listing information that appears on the flyer. Simply right-click on the data you want to change. Flyer will display the Listings Field Editor window. Select the appropriate field name from the upper portion of the window. The data for the selected field will appear in the editing space on the lower portion of the window. Change the data as needed and click the Done button. The preview window will repaint after a few seconds and you’ll be looking at the flyer preview with your changes.

  2. When you are satisfied that the listing data is correct, close the Zoomed Preview of Flyer window (if you opened it in Step 4 above). You can repeat this process for each flyer by using the VCR style navigator buttons in the upper right portion of the “Step 3 of 3” window.

  3. When you are satisfied with your flyers, click the Print All button at the bottom of the “Step 3 of 3” window. Flyer will begin sending your flyers to the printer as soon as you click the Print All button.
